The Call To Rise is a 100-day fat loss challenge for driven men ready to take their body back. It combines strength training, personalized nutrition and real accountability. Most men drop 20 to 30 pounds and rebuild the confidence that comes with it.
This program also works if you are dealing with high blood pressure, high cholesterol or Type 2 diabetes. It was built for those men too. Many men see those numbers move in the right direction alongside their weight loss.
Inside the program you also join a Brotherhood of men doing the same work. Together you build a body you're proud of and start leading like the man you already are at work.

Common questions from this episode:
- When should I weigh myself after a trip?
Wait as many days as you were gone before you step on the scale. Travel causes water retention from flying and eating differently, so an early weigh-in will not show your real number.
- How many steps a day should I walk to lose weight?
Aim for 10,000 steps a day as a baseline. If you already hit that at work, you can spend the extra time on strength training instead of adding more steps.
- How much sugar is in canned baked beans?
A regular can of baked beans can carry around 11 grams of added sugar per serving. A zero sugar version has none and tastes close to the same.
- How often should men over 40 strength train?
Two to three times a week is enough to build and keep muscle as you age. Pair it with daily walking for the best results.
