A single shareable appetizer at Dave and Buster's (the Mountain O nachos) clocks in at 2,600 calories. That's more than most men should eat in an entire day, and you haven't ordered wings yet. Sports bars are engineered to stack food in front of you faster than you can think about it. (Do you find yourself eating way more at a sports bar than you planned? What to Order at Italian Restaurants for Fat Loss - 163

The bread basket lands before you've even opened the menu. Then the appetizer. Then your drink. None of those four things is a problem on its own. Stacking all four before your entree lands is how the meal gets away from you. (Do you find yourself eating 400 calories before your main course arrives? Learn the three decisions that keep you on plan at www.thecalltorise.com/eatingonthego) This episode breaks down exactly how to order at an Italian restaurant and stay on your fat loss plan. You wi

What to Order at Mexican Restaurants for Fat Loss - 162

Your hand is in the chip basket. The queso is sitting in front of you, and your margarita is already half gone. The waiter still hasn't asked what you want for dinner. Then the fajitas come out sizzling. You chose grilled chicken because it sounded like the smart order. The tortillas, rice, beans, cheese, and sour cream all came with it. (Do you know what to order at CAVA to lose weight without feeling like you're eating a salad? Get the exact orders at www.thecalltorise.com) This episode breaks down CAVA's build-

What to Order at Smoothie King, Jamba, and Robeks for Fat Loss - 160

Tropical Smoothie's Mocha Madness is 810 calories and 163 grams of total sugar—about two and a half times the sugar in a 20-ounce Coke. Nobody walks up to that counter thinking they're about to drink more sugar than a Coke and a half. That's the real problem with smoothie shops. A fruit drink, a real protein shake, and a dessert in a cup can all sit on the same menu in the same size cup, and you can't tell which one you're holding until you check the numbers. This episode breaks down how to spo
