Adam spent over 20 years in corporate marketing at Microsoft, Digitas and Akamai Technologies. There he managed more than 100 million dollars in ad spend, then got laid off twice. He now teaches that burnout comes from energy debt. Years of skipped rest, skipped meals and skipped time with family pile up like interest on a loan.
